At Grandpa Stinks, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of soaps and body washes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements
 Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  1. The product arrives damaged, or

  2. An incorrect product was shipped.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

     Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order.

     Please provide proof of the issue, such as a photo of the damaged product or the incorrect item received.

     Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund or replacement promptly.
